Picked up a Scott road bike here because there was a sale on it. James is the store owner and he was exceptional. It’s my first bike and the experience exceeded my expectations. He helped get me fitted, gave me recommendations, tuned it up, and it wasn’t intimidating which things like this can be for a newbie.
