I chose this location to repair my BROKEN badly maintinained 2018 Toyota Rav 4 PURCHASED at Toyota WOODLAND in VERDUMP because i saw NAPA auto and PRO!
When toyot replaced the brakes, they forgot to drain the brake line fluid and cause the brakes to be DANGEROUS and SOFT like a pillow. I WAS HAVING TO PRESSSS HARD to stop. Almost hit a couple ppl NGL!!! Bad yota!!!
Benoit and his partners told me without even charging me for it while they had my tires off changing them. I KNEW the brakes were to be changed they were rusted to shit from the SHIT parts toyota put on. =D But i didnt know about the brake fluid cause they felt that way from day 1. They endangered my life and the life of everyone who i drove in that vehicle upt to now. 2025 <3
But these 2 beautiful men wth not much ego saved me. They showed me the way! <3

“A rare garage that is as competent as it is honest, really works for the customer with the most efficient and economically sensible solution. My vehicle stopped sporadically. I visited about 5 garages unable to identify the problem, one offered to change the computer (more than $1000 and it wouldn't have worked). Solution injection quickly identified that the air conditioning, completely jammed, was bogging down the engine, and recommended disconnecting it if not replacing it - then I asked to change a sensor to be sure there was no longer a problem. Around $250 and a very big problem solved!”

“In the grocery store parking lot, I realized my window had slipped off the track and was lodged in my door panel. I headed over to the nearest mechanic at 4pm, not familiar with the area, I found Pauzé Mécanique 1-2 blocks from the IGA. A smiley man asked if he could help me and agreed to speak to me in the parking lot because my son was still sleeping in the backseat. He told me he could fix it, but they were very busy and couldn't do it today. Disappointed, I told him I would try my hand at it when I returned home, because I once did it myself with a piece of cardboard and coat hanger and a lot of time and effort. The man went back to his shop, returned to the parking lot with a pair of pliers and a cloth, and within 5 minutes my window was back on its track while my son slept in the backseat. He then refused to accept payment. And I discovered this smiley good Samaritan is the shop owner. Needless to say, I will be heading here for all of my future car needs. And, I highly recommend anyone reading this to do the same.”

Strange fact because I had checked and the pressure was normal 2 days before on my Michelin tires with 15,000km of wear. I inflated this tire and it lost 8 lbs in 12 hours. I had to drive for several hours in a few days so I went to the garage. They discovered that I must have driven on this flat tire without knowing it and that the tire was eaten from the inside. Without The Specialist, I would have been tempted to hit the road and inflate the tire occasionally. A ‘Blow-Out’ could have caused me to lose control and cause a lot of damage. I will return to them for maintenance on my car and I recommend them to everyone.”
