“It's a little storefront just beside a Tim Horton's if you're having trouble finding it. The staff are very friendly and we got the exact car we reserved.They pulled the car up right out front as we were finalizing the paperwork. We encountered an issue with our vehicle that we initially got from Enterprise Toronto during the holidays, but Alain stepped in and turned everything around for us.
He was incredibly polite, understanding, and professional. Not only did he resolve our problem quickly, but he also provided us with a BMW upgrade that truly made our Christmas and New Year’s special!!
