“This is the second 5 star review. I’ve left for Enterprise in Calgary and this time Levis, Quebec. Pierre-Luc Lessard, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The dealership was spotless, I waited for approximately zero minutes, I walked in, he greeted me professionally, with a smile, the process was fast and easy. I was out of there within 10 minutes from start to finish. I tip my cap to Enterprise. I’ve rented from East to West and everywhere in between, Enterprise is by far the best choice. Enterprise, Get Pierre-Luc his own dealership he can manage, he’s ready. Thanks again!”

“Excellent. We went to QC from toronto for vacation. Our car broke and we needed a 7 seater which is nearly impossible to find in local car rental shops. They had one and when we went there to book it they already made it clean and ready. Very friendly and helpful people.”

“I had some issues but all of them were addressed to my complete satisfaction by the manager, Papa Diop. Overall the whole experience was great from start to finish. Papa was very professional and courteous and it is for this reason that I would not hesitate to use this Enterprise location again.”

“Booked a Fullsize vehicle and a expected a Hyundai Sonata or similar but was given this lovely Polestar 2 to drive from Québec City to Montréal. The staff were very helpful when we arrived to collect the vehicle but we did have to wait a short while before we could collect due to other customers in front of us. As I had filled in most of the information online the actual collection process only took around 5-10 minutes! Would definitely use this branch again if I had to.”

“I would like to thank Mr. Gaétan Jacques for finding an arrangement following invoicing that did not correspond to our estimate, due to our employee having picked up the vehicle too early. Always a pleasure to talk with people who understand that for long-term relationships, you have to find agreements where both parties come out on top. The call back time was longer than I expected but the conclusion suits us 100%.”

“I had a good experience with the rental process and all. What I'm really disappointed with was the fact that there are no signs anywhere! No signs for where parking needs to be, no signs anywhere outside for where enterprise is. I spoke with my rep and she let me know the University doesn't allow it. Perhaps the University doesn't realize that putting up a sign perhaps means more sales for Enterprise and therefore opportunity to continue renting to them. While I was waiting for my car, I also purchased food from the University restaurants. Signs can go a long way- please get the university to have them installed.”

“I had a great experience at this enterprise location. My car was ready when I got there and the whole process only took about 5 to 10 minutes. I also was able to return the car early on short notice without any issues. Thank you!”

“Great experience with this agency! The vehicle was new and fun to drive. We were even upgraded to an SUV rather than a sedan! The staff was attentive and really friendly. I recommend, go there with your eyes closed :)”
