“Bought an electric bike from Campus in early 2025, after a few years of thinking of getting one. I was given some suggestions according to my needs. Used the bike everyday, in winter and in summer. Had the most fun getting around Montreal with it. End of 2025 my bike had major issues with electrical components. They helped me navigate the claim through the manufacturer and even lent me a bike for two weeks while mine was getting fixed. Exceptional service. Might be more slightly more expensive then other small places, but you pay for quality and the expertise.”

“I went to take a bike for repair (very good service) and buy a new bike. On the bike purchased new, the manufacturer included a luggage rack and even the image of their own site. I called to find out if it was an oversight. The person told me that the luggage rack is an extra. A little disappointed because the description of the bike on the internet includes a luggage rack.”

I bought them my first fixie (Fixie Hi-Ten black) at the end of summer 2018 and everything has lasted very well until today.All the problems I encountered with this bike came from the rear wheel, more specifically the ball bearing (and at least ten punctures); in the summer of 2019 I had to change the entire rear wheel because the hubs and bearings were completely finished, it was making a hell of a noise!Otherwise, for $ 350, I was satisfied with my purchase and the great service received. Super service de leur part, compréhensifs et sympathiques ! Je leur ai acheté mon premier fixie (Fixie Hi-Ten noir) à la fin de l'été 2018 et le tout a très bien duré jusqu'à aujourd'hui.Tous les problèmes que j'ai rencontré avec ce vélo provenaient de la roue arrière, plus particulièrement du roulement à billes (et au moins une dizaine de crevaisons) ; à l'été 2019 j'ai dû changer la roue arrière au complet car les hubs et les bearings étaientt complètement fini, il faisait un bruit d'enfer !Sinon, pour 350$, j'ai été satisfait de mon achat et du super service reçu. Après 2 ans complets d'usure à presque chaque jour, le vélo est toujours en bonne condition.”

Plus I got to peruse the store while I waited so I’d say my crappy car day turned into a great one in the end.”
