“For over sixteen years, I have been frequenting this Canadian Tire and I have nothing but good comments to make about it. The staff, from the cash register to the garage, are courteous, warm and efficient. The franchisee's specials are often surprising (I've had good deals there), the department shelves are well stocked and, once again, the friendliness of the staff is astonishing. Yesterday, I saw a clerk taking his time explaining how bicycles work to elderly people who had just retired. All done with great generosity and patience. Another time, I was looking for an inexpensive patio table and a saleswoman approached me to offer me a model (the last one), at the end of the line. A substantial saving that would have passed me by without the work of the saleswoman. I can't count the times a member of their staff didn't kindly answer my questions. The camping and sports equipment is interesting and at a good price. Same thing for tools of all kinds and plumbing. Finally, I know a lot about mechanics and I can confirm that all the work carried out on our vehicles has always been relevant and well done by a trustworthy team.”
