“I arrived at BestBuy yesterday, Monday, June 30th, at 5:58 pm, just two minutes before closing time at 6 pm. The cash registers were already closed, and initially, I was told that new purchases couldn't be processed. However, when I explained that I had traveled all the way from Gatineau specifically for this purchase, two amazing employees, Ilyas and Sammy, quickly understood my situation. They went above and beyond by using the one remaining active POS so I could purchase the product I needed. Ilyas and Sammy were absolute angels, and their exceptional customer service truly made my day. Thank you both for your kindness and understanding!”

From my initial phone call when they really took the time to hear out my needs, to the moment I picked up my record player, I felt really well taken care of.
Jean-Jaques went above and beyond with the replacement of my record player needle which was a tricky replacement due to having a fixed cartridge.
This technician really took the time to figure something out and thought me how to calibrate by table before taking it home.

“I have a 59-inch Samsung 3D TV from 2011. But one day after turning on my TV, it turns off and then nothing. Unplugged and plugged in again, it started again but only to fail again a few minutes later and this time unplugging and plugging back in didn't work. What to do? 3D TVs are no longer available and with more than 400 3D films, buying a simple television is out of the question. I called, a very courteous guy came to pick up my television (there is a charge for that but I am on foot). The guy is clear, he'll see if it's possible to repair (which is what I want), calls me back and tells me that it's the "power supply" that's missing and I'm lucky, the part is available. My TV is working again and seems to be holding up.”
