“Exceptional service from David and Steven from the Longueuil store. I was looking for an electric bed for my son who has multiple sclerosis. David spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to find out what was needed, he was the only one who asked me how much my son weighed and what type of pain he had. No other place I called asked for this information. I went to the store the next day and Steven served us. With the patience of an angel and exemplary professionalism, he had my son try several electric beds and different mattresses. We purchased and my son now has better sleep and less pain at night. The delivery guys were super nice and courteous, they even set up the bed. Thanks David and Steven”

“We went to Dormez-vous on a Wednesday night around 7pm, we were welcomed by Jacob, who was incredibly competent and a real encyclopedia. This guy was the best advisor for our mattress and you can tell he cared and knew everything by heart, he stayed with us till 10pm which is literally an hour after their scedualed closing time to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchases. “This is a large store where you can get ideas on how to decorate and to purchase anything home related. The only downside is that everytime I want something and go to the check-out it turns out to be a demo. I could spot a demo and choose the item next to it and it will always be a second demo even though I am downstair at the correct place. Just my kind of luck!”

In retail, things happen. Products don’t always work out, or fail altogether. Stock runs out and replacements are on back order.
You need to judge a store by how well the staff deals with these challenges. With courtesy and empathy and collaboration.
Erin and her team do an incredible job of doing just that. Stuff happens, but the service levels are beyond the call of duty, problems are solved with efficiency, cheerfulness and compassion.
I’ve shopped in many Linen Chest locations and have found this one to be the very best possible.

“Good service until the seller told us that the offer ended that same evening! Bad sales technique and the attitude of the seller when we told him we won't buy today! Wow incredible never seen before. I will never be able to set foot in this store again. I do not recommend the mattresses are overpriced and the seller is even allowed to denigrate another store which is a lack of professionalism. As good consumers we have the right to shop before buying.”

“Went inside the store to help a family member shop for a Queeen mattress. We figured this store is too expensive and we will never find anything interesting there. We were walking around and then Gaetan came to see us and showed us the firmest mattress in the store. We sat on the mattress suggested and found that’s really comfy but find that 1299$ plus tax and delivery was too much. We were ready to keep shopping and then Gaetan saved the day! He pulled some magic out of a hat and then was able to let us have the mattress for 799$ and waived the delivery.
So we jumped on it and thought everyone should that if you ever shop at Dormez-vous, go see Gaetan at this store! He will really take care of you and you will not be disappointed! Awesome staff and awesome store, definitely will recommend to everybody we know!”
