“This has gotta be one of the bigger Costcos in Quebec--fully equipped with pharmacy, optical center, and gas station. The context of my visit was Saturday mid afternoon and non-essential products were still off limits for purchasing. This place is so spacious and sparsely occupied by shoppers. It felt almost "empty" by Costco standards. When it was time to pay, I just strolled up to the checkout. Most had only one customer in line or in process of checking out. For a stress free bulk shopping experience, this is the place to be!”
“Had a great experience at Miniso! The store was clean, well-stocked, and had a great selection of products. The manager was super friendly, helpful, and made sure customers were taken care of. Excellent service all around! Will definitely be back.”
“Really nice warehouse.
Costco breaks many of the logistic basics when it comes to the floor layout, membership fees and sacrifice of variety over quantity. Yet it succeeds by providing us a well controlled variety of products with most interesting prices. With their orientation to high value products and economies of scale they are unbeatable at doing grocery and saving big bucks in the process.
The only aspect of their shopping process that bothers me is their associates purposely breaking smooth flows at both entry and exit points. Specially arriving to the warehouse. Only members or people with a Costco gift card can pay for goods.
So what good could it do to ask for the membership card at the door?? If I'm a member that would only frustrate me and if I'm not and I'm only coming to see what I'm losing, pleeeease let me in. I know you will convince me.
I get so mad every time I'm asked for my card. Not long ago my kid was extremely tired and was crying. Well you know who was asked for the card. Yeap me, honestly Costco which values does this adds to the customer experience process?”
“I would like to sincerely thank Omar, the supervisor, for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. I recently had a small accident and fell, and he immediately came to my assistance. His quick response, compassion, and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you, Omar, for your exceptional support! Maria”
“I I've Costco, and while I've noticed quite an increase o some products, I still find it economical for certain items, paper towels, toilet paper etc. these obviously don't expire making it an excellent long term buy product.”

“Love Costco in general & never disappointed before but very displeased that you can no longer get tires changed there if they were purchased elsewhere. The MEMBERSHIP fee that includes this service was not reduced to account for this lost service. What’s going on Costco? If someone has proof of purchase for new tires then what’s the risk of installation? That policy should be changed”
“I go there mainly for the pharmacy. The team is incredible. The service is second to none. I moved and I travel 30 km to continue going to this pharmacy. Thanks to the Anjou pharmacy gang.”
