Les 2 jeunes filles au cabines d’essayage 0 service client. Quand tu es rendus qu’ils disent des commentaires sur les clientes sérieusement désagréable mon amie est sortie des cabines avec aucun envie d’acheter ici. Ne les mettez plus au même position si elles sont pour rires des client(e)s (elle critiquait littéralement tout les clients).

The manager named (Alex) was unpleasant and aggressive with me. It was unprofessional of her all because I had to go to the checkout because the store closes at 5 p.m. but she spoke to me in a decadent way and she even wanted to take the merchandise out of my hands. I sent a complaint to H&M customer service because I am a regular customer and I love the quality of the products except that you have to review with their employees. And thank you

Waiting in line for 20 minutes because the cashier decides to put clothes on racks instead of serving customers. The line is at least 20 people, the store closes in an hour. Seriously, a little common sense, you will fold your laundry later, during your close it will be perfect! ✌🏻

Usually I like to go shopping at h and m. On the other hand, at the outlet this week, the employees I encountered made me uncomfortable, did they receive training? The reception is very average.

Worst experience ever, usually I love hm and I been shopping with them for while. But at this store the customer is at its lowest. I went there to try on few clothes and one of their employee told me “ just to let you know whatever you try on you have to put it back on hangers, I was like it never happened before I been shopping with hm from years and I never did that. Plus it’s not my job to do. That’s what you guys are getting paid for if you don’t want to work and asking customers to do your job thats ridiculous.
