I just bought a cottage 15 minutes away, I had a small issue with some trailer tires and Celine in the service department was absolutely incredible, five star service from the guys in the back who went out of their way to make sure my trailer was safe. Five-star service from Celine who made sure that the communication worked perfectly, and absolutely five-star service at the front of the store checkouts where everyone makes me feel welcome. My business is valued and that we work together to get the language working... The staff are better in English then they know they are, and they're committed to great customer service
