“I have been battling a snowboard boot problem with foot arch pain, toe pain and finding the right boot size. My toes were hitting the front of my boot but was extremely uncomfortable, but was told by many I had the right size. I have been through four differrent boots in three years. Paid for $150 to a shop in Big Sky, Tried insoles in Colorado and my foot has been measured by a couple different ski shops. While traveling to Mont Tremblant, I stopped in Nation Boardshop while visiting cool town of Saint-Jovite to try on a new pair of boots and told the my issues. The gentleman working was one of the owners of the shop and could of easily sold me a pair of boots and made some money, but this is the "why" I am writing this review. He insisted that I went back to the hotel and bring my boots back so he can heat mold them before I spent more money on my fifth pair boots.
I went back got my boots and he worked his magic. Right after the process, I could tell the difference. Next day, was the best snowboarding day I have had in a very long time. Service like this is VERY hard to find these days and I very thankful, I walked into this shop. I will be buying all my stuff from this shop when Traveling to Mont Tremblant. The shop is a short 15 min drive or you can take the free shuttle. from the village.”
