“They are true experts in all things ski equipment. A ski salesman from another store referred me to this place. The boots are fitted with the best expertise I have seen, they make orthotic insoles for the boots. They are able to modify the shape of the boot if necessary. I was impressed by their expertise.”
“Had an issue with both my boots and bindings and came in to the store looking to see if they could help.The man at the desk spent 30+ minutes with me with my boots first removing the broken piece and then looking for spare parts to fix it, in the end he didn’t have the piece but offered to bring one in the next day.Then he offered to take a look at my bindings and was able to find a spare strap to replace my broken one and was able to replace it.The service was extremely friendly, the people were super cool and willing to help out despite customers coming in and I had a great chat, and on top of it all they did not even want to charge me after helping to repair my equipment.10/10 do recommend”
