“Best place to buy Turkish carpets and furniture. Their prices are so reasonable and I would not question their quality. I went to many places in Ontario and Quebec and never saw the style and service they offer.”
“Mathieu excellent service and very good advice. I left here satisfied with all my purchases. Following water and fire damage dear me. I had to buy a mattress and a new loveseat. He took the time to assess the needs with me.”

“Perfect experience with Sandro!
I ordered a custom mattress for our custom infant crib, the mattress is of excellent quality, with great materials and firmness perfect for infants, all according to Canadian regulations, which put my mom heart at ease for a custom mattress haha.
Amazing service as well! Highly recommend.”
“Wilfried was very diligent with us. Clearly communicated and made great suggestions it was how he able to put up with us despite our baby. Finally the choice of our living room furnitures was pretty easy.”
“Seems like there was a miscommunication and the big guy fixed everything finally and he truly cares about his customers. We are very content now. Thanks Big Boss A.”
“I have purchased futons over the years, always from Futon d’Or. These stylish and comfortable mattrass and natural wood supports are as up-to-date in color varieties and bed frames as ever, and well worth the investment . J. W.”
“Quick and efficient delivery, the crew was careful not to hit the door jambs while getting the appliances in and out. The customer rep I talked to earlier this week was also very helpful”
“I have to say I had EXCELLENT customer service. One of my two glasses broke, I had it since 2016. I was afraid of having to buy 2 new pendant glasses because either it was no longer on sale or because of an exorbitant price... at On the contrary, the glass was still available and at $29.95 which is more than fair! I had a quick return call and support ?? A1”
“Service was great from store to delivery. Salesperson was very helpful and took time with us. Explained details of our purchase and the prolonged guarantee. Delivery men were fantastic. Professional, friendly, and polite.”
“The employees are super nice and know their products well, so they are able to advise us well. The store is clean and tidy. I prefer their prices over DeSerres and Michaels for a lot of products.”
“Fantastic service from Shaza and Sophia!!!! Special thanks to Sophia for being so patient and quite professional with my bedroom shopping endeavors

“Outstanding customer experience! It's not all about buying a sofa but having a design advisory service to ensure I make the right choice becomes essential :) Thank you Lovaco
I love the Ethnicraft brand”
“Really very nice store with affordable prices and very courteous service.
The delivery was perfect and on time.
We feel confident at Décor Maria. Go for it without hesitation!”
“Outstanding service. He was able to meet all our expectations and gave us excellent advice on our purchase and the products we should purchase. He knew how to guide us and was very honest. Without a doubt Kyle Bélanger is a master in his profession. Thanks X1000..”
“Pascal gave us exceptional service! From the reception, he took the time to understand my needs and guided me towards furniture perfectly suited to my style. I highly recommend Pascal Toutaint for a service that meets expectations!”
“I bought a few sofas 25 years ago from Danny. They have travelled across the world w me. I still have them and they’re still the best sofas ever! I’ve had new slip covers made from Montauk about 10 years ago and flew them to Australia. Also added a bit more feathers to the bottom cushions. Montauk is the only shop/thing I miss from Montreal ❣️”
“We recently purchased an ottoman, side table, and trays from EQ3 and had an excellent experience thanks to Shaina.
Even though we worked with her remotely through the Griffintown location and picked up in Liberty Village everything was seamless. Her communication was top notch and she kept us updated the whole way which made the process easy.
She also went above and beyond by recommending fabric options that matched our space perfectly which we really appreciated.
Everything arrived on time and we love how it all turned out. The quality is great and the color fits beautifully.
Easily the best furniture buying experience we have had. We would definitely ask for Shaina again next time.”
“Unique selection of décor, kind of makes me feel like I'm at a more tasteful and sophisticated Homesense. Although their furniture is slightly too pricey for me, but the aesthetic is on point and I would find beautiful pieces here that I wouldn't be able to find elsewhere!”
“I had my kitchen bench reupholstered and couldn’t be happier with the results. It was done in a timely matter, customer service was impeccable and it’s clear their team takes pride in their work.”
“The furniture is unique and beautiful. The service in the showroom was outstanding. We were contemplating between two styles of chairs, different woods, options for finishing as well as fabric choices. They took all the time necessary to walk us through our options and help to ensure that we made the right choice. Very happy with our purchase. Thank you!”
“I highly recommend the Fornirama company. I have been satisfied with my sofa for three years already.

“Apart from the fact that we received our furniture 1 month later than expected, we are satisfied overall. Impeccable service offered by Jean and Marcel by far the best furniture installers we have had.”
“We were looking for a USM Haller and Latitude Nord is the only authorized reseller in Montreal. We loved our experience working with Chema with the customization of our piece, and we are so happy with how the design turned out. She took her time to explain how the system works and showed us around the different systems at their office. She also has a very good design eye and provided suggestions with the current space we have. Super professional, and delivery as expected. The piece came ahead of time, and their team handled everything regarding moving and installation. Highly recommend!”
“I live in Vancouver and came across this site while searching for a wider armchair bed design.
I dealt with Melanie who handled all my queries in good time, showed me many options and made this process exciting and simplified: from choosing the chair style, fabric options and double checking that the future transportation to Vancouver will be seamless.
A real pleasure to deal with Melanie and her company - I am so excited about my chair and cannot wait for it to arrive.”
“Excellent service, professional and efficient!
Nadia responded to my call immediately and proceeded with the order.
Thank you Urban Barn Boucherville!
We will contact you for other purchases very soon!”

“(Translated by Google) Excellent customer service by the owner. I came to accompany my grandmother who needed a new mattress after using hers for 30 years. A mattress specialist, Mr. knows his trade very well and gave us all the information necessary to make an informed choice (quality of materials, temperature felt by certain materials, the different layers that make up each bed presented, etc.). I learned business from it! They have several choices of the Mirabel brand made in Quebec. It's nice to see a beautiful family business proud of their work that has passed 3 generations and is dedicated to the customer. It no longer runs the streets today. When I need to change my mattress I will buy it there with my eyes closed. I recommend 100 percent. There, you are not treated like a number like in supermarkets!(Original)Excellent service à la clientèle par le propriétaire.
