“Exceptional service from David and Steven from the Longueuil store. I was looking for an electric bed for my son who has multiple sclerosis. David spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to find out what was needed, he was the only one who asked me how much my son weighed and what type of pain he had. No other place I called asked for this information. I went to the store the next day and Steven served us. With the patience of an angel and exemplary professionalism, he had my son try several electric beds and different mattresses. We purchased and my son now has better sleep and less pain at night. The delivery guys were super nice and courteous, they even set up the bed. Thanks David and Steven”

The only downside is that everytime I want something and go to the check-out it turns out to be a demo. I could spot a demo and choose the item next to it and it will always be a second demo even though I am downstair at the correct place. Just my kind of luck!”
