“I brought in my newly bought and scratched up Tacoma to get polished last week and I was greeted by Ryan, the OCD demi-god polish expert guy. He did a test spot on my truck and gave me a more than reasonable quote that l I gladly accepted. Little did I know I was about to experience the best customer service of my life (it’s all downhill from here).
All along, Ryan kept me updated of his tedious process of bringing my car back to life. Saying he went the extra mile would be lying to you : he went the extra around the globe.
From measuring paint depths, to incorporating wet sanding, to removing door handles, to doing extra work (ex: polishing my headlights without me asking), this experience kept surprising me every step of the way.
The work he did with the attention to detail he put forward would have EASILY cost me twice as much elsewhere and I doubt anyone else could have done as much of a good job.
I’ll ad a picture of the polishing process he sent me to show you just how good of a job he did.

As well, I used to do bodywork and painting myself, so I know good work when I see it. I needed some bodywork on my Toyota Prius and went around to 5 or 6 body shops, and by chance, I happened on Denis at his Richelieu Garage. What good luck! Denis is first of all a real gentleman who does exactly what he commits to. On time and for a very, very fair price. And the quality of work... unbeatable....the car looks like I just drove it out of the new car showroom......perfect!

Been going there for three years now, they go out of there way to help you, very honest people, they won’t over charge you or charge you at times if they feel it’s not fair, they would take in your car in the same day if you must even if they are over booked for weeks just to help you.
