Pharmacy 1 in Montreal West has helpful and friendly staff. The team provides excellent service and the pharmacists are diligent, kind and very responsive. ppl like that the pharmacy is quick in and out with prescriptions filled quickly and often promptly. The store is responsive by the phone and call promptly when doctors put in prescriptions. ppl say the technicians are kind and the pharmacists are very helpful. and most experiences are good ppl say staff sometimes ignore those waiting for several minutes and a grumpy pharmacist be unfriendly. Overall the location is a lifesaver for business owner and a go to place for ppl.

I’ve had mixed experiences at Pharmacy 1 in Montreal West. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, but the pharmacist with salt-and-pepper hair in a ponytail has consistently been grumpy and unfriendly. It’s unfortunate, as the rest of the team provides excellent service.

Katherine, in the beauty section is phenomenal! She really knows the products and has never steered me wrong.

I like this place. I just came for stuff for my feet. Quick in and out but ppl were nice. Staff is young, maybe students.
