I brought my prescription there for my wisdom teeth removal surgery, and a girl found something didn't add up, so contacted my dentist all by herself, and she WAS right, so in the end the prescription was modified. Before she wished me good luck in surgery, she explained in details how the medication should be taken properly. I wish them with whole my heart all the luck and success!!!”

“I learned about Mednow through the Service Plus program of my professional association. Their delivery service was tempting so I gave it a try… WOW, just WOW.The service is on another level. I spoke on the phone with a pharmacist who accompanied me to complete my file, it was really pleasant. “Love that pharmacy! It’s a small place, with a very familiar feeling to it. They are not short on staff, always serve you pretty quickly, and the pharmacist make themselves pretty available, when you need to discuss certain issues, or just call to ask a few questions. I really like that they recognize me, wether I call or show up, and remember my specific needs or issues. They also have an impressive efficiency, when it comes to delivery, and could even fix me something last minute, when I really needed it, while a huge place like Jean Coutu didn’t manage to do it. I highly recommend it!”

I also really felt like he cared when he called me to double check if I'll be arriving before closing when I had a delay.

“I’ve had mixed experiences at Pharmacy 1 in Montreal West. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, but the pharmacist with salt-and-pepper hair in a ponytail has consistently been grumpy and unfriendly. It’s unfortunate, as the rest of the team provides excellent service.”
