“Love that pharmacy! It’s a small place, with a very familiar feeling to it. They are not short on staff, always serve you pretty quickly, and the pharmacist make themselves pretty available, when you need to discuss certain issues, or just call to ask a few questions. I really like that they recognize me, wether I call or show up, and remember my specific needs or issues. They also have an impressive efficiency, when it comes to delivery, and could even fix me something last minute, when I really needed it, while a huge place like Jean Coutu didn’t manage to do it. I highly recommend it!”

“I’ve had mixed experiences at Pharmacy 1 in Montreal West. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, but the pharmacist with salt-and-pepper hair in a ponytail has consistently been grumpy and unfriendly. It’s unfortunate, as the rest of the team provides excellent service.”
