Ardene is a store with very nice and affordable things, offering a calm and clean environment. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, handling situations with patience and class. Clothes are affordable and the store has a good collection. Customers can accumulate points by using the app and membership ID towards purchases. Please note a change in timings on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is a good store with great teamwork.
The staff was extremely helpful and my return process went very smoothly. Today, I noticed a customer speaking aggressively and poorly to both floor managers and I wanted to express how well they handled this situation; both with patience and class. Kudos for your great team work!

Marie-Louise is most friendly and helpful went above and beyond to help me track down an item i really wanted! Lea & Karem also helped me shop and locate items throughout the store. Very refreshing to be greeted by kind people that actually want to help you be happy.
