However, some customers never find a lot of new models, feeling the items are old and the material is not high quality. Feedback on staff is mixed; while some praise exceptional customer service where employees work hard to resolve problems, others find the employees not smiling, very arrogant, and sometimes very stupid, stating customer service should be better.

Thanks to Kevin for his awesome service. Since there is a big rush because of the sale, it was quite overwhelming for me and he still managed to help me properly and I left satisfied because of him. Props to him!!😊

Great store and helpful staff at Zara at the Eaton center in Montreal. Wife liked something displayed on the mannequin display and one of the store associate helped find a size, very happy wife. Thank you.
