Used to be great.... Until you charged me 288$+ in overdraft fees in the last 2 months. I lost my job and I'm having a hard time, but you have no problem charging 48$x2 the same day. I'll remember it....

I dont understand why every time I come here everyone is so slow! ? seriously. There are like 10 counters and always only one or max two are available although I always see quite a few workers just talking in the back. Always there is a line up and the workers are so slow.Beautiful building but that’s the only good...

From my hotel room I can see that every floor in this building leaves the lights on. This is Sunday at 9:30 in the morning. They have burned 24 hours a day since I got here on Friday. Stop wasting energy, we are in a climate crisis.
