J'y suis allé pour demander de quelques copies de dépôt direct ainsi que pour changer le design de ma carte de débit. L'employée qui s'appelle Cam a été vraiment attentive et patiente avec ma demande à tout le temps. Malgré la difficulté systématique provoquée par la circonstance, elle n'a jamais perdu son professionnalisme. Grâce à elle, j'ai pu obtenir mon dépôt direct rédigé en français et avoir la carte de débit avec le design très sobre mais raffiné. Merci, Cam pour toutes les aides que vous m'avez offertes. Je serais au plaisir de vous retrouver dès que j'aurai besoin d'aide bancaire.

BonjourD habitude on est reçu par Mr. Fadi GERGES LE Meilleur , il est attentionné,professionnel, courtois ,Ns avons été à la banque il y a une semaine , Mr Fadi étant en vacances , nous avons été mal reçu , avons demandé un rendez-vous avec un conseiller hypothécaire, environ 4 à 5 jours après , je reçois un message vocal comme quoi personne ds cette succursale peut me conseiller et je dois appeler un autre centreMême en déposant une plainte téléphonique, l agent a été étonné, sur le point de ne pas me croireAlors j ai bien confirmé que j ai sauvegardé ce message vocal et s il y a moyen je peux leTransférer

Certainly the worst bank or fair to say at least the worst CIBC branch! I wish there was 0 point in the google review. The employee doesn't engage at all as if you're in a Libre-Service gas station. if there is a problem with anything related to your banking, it can take forever to get a hold of someone, took me over a month to talk to someone. I could reach people a couple times and they both hung up on me in the middle of the call after an hour of waiting and probably 15 mins of conversation. Respect yourself and avoid this branch at all cost!

Untrained tellers and completely inattentive customer service leads to wasted time and money. Unless you know how to do the job your bank employee is supposedly there to do, all errors will of course be blamed on you, the customer.

I opened my account at the branch at the beginning of the year, and I requested wire transfer information to make it easier for my family to send money from China. But I didn't expect that my family sent me money last week and I didn't receive it for a long time.
