CIBC Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking are available 24/7. Transactions made on weekends, holidays or after 6 p.m. EST take effect the next business day.

I was told that I have two customer files within the system, one associated with Vancouver and one with Montreal. I specifically request that my Vancouver address be retained as my primary address. however my Vancouver address was subsequently deleted. This was a serious account management error which caused many troubles...

Horrible bank, I'm pretty much forced to go here and every time I go its awful. Over an hour wait for one teller who would loose in a race against a snail. Same experience every time I unfortunately have to come here. Why is there only one teller and the other is on break? For two hours..

Zero star. Without a doubt, CIBC is the worst bank of Canada. Everything about CIBC is poor quality. Worst customer service, Worst rates, bad employees, ...I closed my account . Not Recomended at all.
