Fantastic technician! Showed him the lap top that was in freeze mode. He recognized the gremlin right away and corrected the issue.

First time visiting, I came in with my eldest son and the staff were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to guide us properly, and my son walked out with an absolute beast of a computer.
