He took the time to help me weigh the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing the computer so that I felt informed, but not pressured. The repair was done in a little more than 24 hours, communication was quick and clear, and everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind. I truly felt they wanted to help and make the whole experience as positive and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend them and will definitely return.”
