I came here today and I was in a hurry and without any reservation so I asked to fix my road bike handle, chains and other stuff, but as a student I asked to use the cheapest material and I wanted to buy a bottle holder, but it was beyond my budget , I just said that I don't want it, but the manager with understanding and respect introduced me to the various options with good prices for student,and gave my bike to the professional and experienced manager there, and they fixed my bike in the fastest time I can say. And they also gave that bottle holder and a bottle as a gift, I really enjoyed my experience in this shop, and I must say that they have all kinds of professional bicycle equipment and accessories. If you live in downtown Montreal or searching for bicycle shops I 100% recommend this place .

Super Service. I've been shopping here for several years and I've always found the team at Cycle Technique to be super friendly. Great customer service too. James in particular repeatedly goes out of his way in providing a great experience. We need more places like this.

Mauvais services à la clientèle !! La personne ne connait même pas ce qu'il a dans son stock de pads de freins et en plus ils ne laissent pas place à la discussion! Quand on propose un service, on doit accepter que les clients demandent des explications ou même une petite aide souvent!! Vous n'êtes pas entrain de vendre des sandwichs mais vous proposez plutôt un service...

THIS PLACE SAVED MY HOLIDAY I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH THEY'RE THE BESTI was on my way to a Jewish holiday service and my bike's back brake broke in a way I couldn't immediately fix. I had a friend look up the nearest shop, and it was 5 minutes away and closing *in 5 minutes*.On Jewish holidays, if you're religious, you can't use cars or transit, and you can't repair things like your bike. So I either needed my bike fixed before the holiday started, or I was gonna be in a lot of logistical trouble, cuz I wouldn't be able to fix it and I had no other way to get back home from the Southwest to my home in parc ex.I got to Cycle Technique right as they were locking the door, but they let me in, spent 5-10 mins on the repair, and then let me bike off to my holiday services. I offered to pay, but they said it was fine and free. SUCH NICE PEOPLE and saved my Jewish New Year celebration. Can't recommend enough!!!!!

Super nice folk here. I had a problem with my wheel and they spent time opening it up and trying to address the problem (which turned out to be un-repairable). They then put it all back together and didn’t charge for their time. Appreciate it, guys!

Updating review (who knew reviews stick around for 9 years!) and so far, under new ownership, the service is much better! Keep it at 4 instead of 5 only because I haven't had a lot of interactions this year.
