“This is a dollar store that is not available in the US. There are many items for 2 or 3 dollars, but considering that they are Canadian dollars, it is a great deal. The quality and design are much better than Dollar Tree. There were many cheap souvenirs such as key chains, but the problem is that the prices can't be peeled off. The area was not very safe, so I recommend going during the day.”

Make sure to check that what you buy is unopened, this happens quite often! Personally I don't understand why groups of young teenagers come to wander through the shelves without buying anything.”

“They have a lot to offer here, and for affordable price. Bedding, dishes, cleaning products, household supplies, cooking ingredients and much much more. They also have the stamp card that when ypu get 10 stamps its 5$ off, which is beneficial in times like these. I find this store has more to offer than many discount/dollar surplus stores.”

It's a rarity for me to visit an island Dollo... and seeing security guards posted at strategic locations reminded me of this peculiarity. “There is a lot of choice in all departments, it is a very well-stocked dollorama in terms of offer. We find what we come to look for.
On the other hand, the store is often very busy, and around 4 p.m. it is full of students who form traffic jams everywhere and cause security problems.

“Busy downtown dollarama that is equipped with everything you'd find at your dollarama. It's well stocked and clean. It's a dollarama what else can I say! Oh, actually for me the highlight of this place is the glassed ceiling, a feature if the faubourg. This makes it probably the brightest dolarama I've ever visited. Didn't buy anything though.

“A busy dollarama with all the standard gear you'd expect. The days of everything costing a dollar or so are long gone but you'll still find a bunch of cheap stuff at dollarama. It is a dollar store, so yeah...there you go!

“I’m an artsy, hands-on, crafty “Tetris into a single backpack” kinda weirdo 90’s kid who’s a big dollar store spender, & by that I mean anywhere between $100-$350 almost every 11-16 days, on average, so when I move to a new area & find myself between 2 decently sized/massive Dolloramas, well—
I’m like a kid in a candy store hahaha.
That being said, being flush in the middle of 2 Dolloramas, here, I chose this one to be my first shopping spree, after doing quick groceries.
When I first moved up the street in April, one of the security guards, an older guy, would follow me around this one’s aisles like a hound & this went on for literally 5 or 6 weeks.
Needless to say that seriously ground my gears.
Racial profiling is one thing, but we’re literally the same skin tone, & I’m from a country that generally looks down ???????????? ???? on petty theft like that, too.
No such issue at the other dollo on rosemont & second, that’s my only complaint.
All the other staff are cool & generally pretty nice, including the other security guards who always greet me with a good smile on.
If there’s one other thing I would suggest;
Please, for the love of Legolas’ leggings, get those large sized clear stackable boxes in stock!!! Why have all the smaller and medium options to the point of them falling off shelves and not the BIG ONES ARGH I don’t want to have to go all the way to berri every time I realize I need one to complete the perfect stack, please!!!

“Hello, I will not only give my opinion on Dollarama but on the neighborhood. I had to wait a few hours for the operation of two of my animals and to pass the time, I walked around the SPCA located near Dollarama. I loved my experience of having so many restaurants, stores and grocery stores within my reach. I was able to do all the activities of my week in addition to leaving with my two animals. This corner is useful for all basic needs. Bravo to all the companies in this area!”
