I had a very good service for my last rental at this location (my go to lately when I rent in Montreal).The weekend staff is doing such a great job with everything, they really deserve to be well taken care of ! They’ve helped with everything.The car was sparking clean when I received it and I even received a discount because I filled up the tank even though I didn’t have to.Again thank you guys , you are doing a fantastic job !

Disappointed with the disorganization of this location. Arrived on time, at least 10 people ahead of us but no clear idea who was going to be assisted next. Just got a SUV way bigger than what we needed/wanted but they had nothing else cleaned. I had ordered a compact car… It just seemed uncoordinated and took an extra hour to get our vehicle. People were frustrated.

Unfortunately one of the worst service I’ve ever encountered. They make you wait for hours and they don’t answer the phone. I forgot a item in a car over two weeks ago still never get a call back when I called everyday. They do not take you seriously and do not care about customer service. They rented the car twice with my item still inside. They do not look into the cars to see if anyone has ever forgotten a item. I called 17 times and still nothing.Worst experience I’ve had with a rental service . Choose another location of you want to have better service.

Horrible. When I returned the car I rented, I filled its tank up fully, even though it was half full when I received it; I was told the difference would be refunded. I returned it on time, however, I was charged for an extra day AND I wasn't refunded for the extra gas I put in the car (this added an extra ~$150). I tried to call them over 20 times on different days and they NEVER answered my calls. I was on hold for over an hour one day and they eventually hung up on me. To avoid any of this, just don't rent your car from this location; they will never answer the phone, they wrongly add extra fees, and they don't refund you for any extra gas you add to the car. On top of all this, you'll have to go in person to fix any issues.

This branch used to try to give normal service, but I think in the last year or two they lost it completely.They are always short on staff, (if) your phone call will be picked up only after waiting for the longest time. they are changing the staff every few weeks, the smell there is bad. was no A/C during the summer. they have no cars available. (in case they have) Your car is never ready when you arrive for pickup you will always have to wait. The gas in the cars is never full.And to the least. The 'big manager' 'Omer' promised me that they would have a car for me for the day when I had to go on a trip with our students, and when I arrived one day before to double check (as I know already how they work) they told me that they won't have anything only one day after the trip, then I called Omar and he promised me that he will see what he can do, and he will call me back to update me so I will know if I need to rant a bus or I will have another car, and of course, he NEVER called me back and NEVER picked up my phone calls, and NEVER responded to my massages.Bottom line if you WANT a car consider before touching this branch!!

I disagree with the naysayers. This crew was polite, well-informed and fluent in English et Francais. I was impressed by their prices that beat most of the other agencies.I got exactly what I asked for: a good price and a well-operating car that did not gobble gas.Merci à tout le personnel d'Enterprise.Dane

Just like many other users, I got a call 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time to say they had no cars and the reservation had been cancelled. I had booked over 2 weeks ahead of time and got emails reminding me of my upcoming appointment. I have used this branch many times and usually I have to wait 30+ min for my car to be ready. Location is convenient; service is subpar.

We booked a car about 34 days or so prior to scheduled pick up. We had a vehicle booked On July 13 at noon and drop off the next day at noon. We received confirmation from Enterprise on July 9. So good so far, we get a call on July 12 at 4:30PM saying that they are cancelling the reservation as there are no vehicles. We had booked tickets for different things to do in Ottawa and the hotel was non refundable since it was past the 24 hour mark...The person I spoke with all he can say was yeah .. we're cancelling and if you're not happy then call corporates number. Seems to be very poorly mismanaged location. I've attempted to use Enterprise twice now and both times were terrible experience. I thought Id give this company another go but this completely seals it.

I got there on time for my reservation. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my service. huge line. it was hotter inside than outside. two agents working hard for at least 12 clients ahead of me. I rent every two weeks all over Montreal and this place has to be better managed.

I had an exceptional rental experience at this Enterprise Car Rental in Montreal, Quebec thanks to the amazing team, specifically the manager Victor and the worker Aslum. Tried to call enterprise locations in Mount Royal multiple times and the phone just keeps ringing. No one ever answers. Same issue with their Ste Jerome location - just goes into forever perpetual hold pattern. If the service is this bad even before you purchase can you image what to expect once you have rented. Totally ineffective company. Really needs to get its act together!

Really a bad experience. I'll go straight to the point, they owe us CAD 114. Despite following personnels indications, Victor's, to return the car before 1400 hours of Sunnday, as they would close by then, surprise was when arrived at 1315 and place was closed and no one around. Well, we returned the keys, took pictures of the event and time, and left the keys and car.Later we would find out that we were charged and extra day. Despite claiming it, no response. Despite our several calls to the site, never responded the phone.I'm amazed as how the evidences are ignored by this people serving their customers.

Very pleased with experience so far. Car rentals needed for due to storm damage to our car. This company has an arrangement with the insurance brokerage. Rented a car on Friday April 7th approx 16h for 2 days and we were told we had to return it on Sunday 9th before 14h. We know it's Easter, but again, we were told they'd be open until 14h.We have arrived 13:30h, and the office is closed. I expect not to be charged for an extra day as the office is closed and we've arrived on time. I rate 2 stars because actually they were really helpful on Friday, and we rented the car impromptu.
