I disagree with the naysayers. This crew was polite, well-informed and fluent in English et Francais. I got there on time for my reservation. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my service. huge line. it was hotter inside than outside. two agents working hard for at least 12 clients ahead of me. I rent every two weeks all over Montreal and this place has to be better managed.

Very pleased with experience so far. Car rentals needed for due to storm damage to our car. This company has an arrangement with the insurance brokerage. The staff have been very helpful, especially considering that there is still a shortage of rental cars in the wake of COVID. The location of the franchise is convenient...
