“The W Montreal is a must stay hotel. One word - Mauricio! Call the hotel and ask for Mauricio W Insider! He is the best VIP Host I've ever worked with. The other staff members were also great. All members did a great job accommodating our requests. Mauricio made the stay stress free, memorable and gave us space to not feel chaperoned. The hotel is centrally located. I recommend the upgraded King bed room. The Le Vinyl Bar complements the style of the hotel and bar. You may not leave as the DJ spins all the classic hits! I'll be staying at the W Montreal during my next visit!”

“The hotel was in a very ideal and excellent spot, very close to shopping and food, only a few steps away. The pool was cold not very heated as advertised, but the kids managed and had fun. Downside was the amount of construction all around the hotel and the sidewalks were horrible near hotel for my stroller. Valet parking was very expensive at $50 a day for my SUV, so I found alternative parking. I was a family of 4, three children and one adult, even though room was 500 sQft and spacious the two double beds were not able to sleep us very comfortably. I did not sleep well not my kids, beds too small, should be able to place a sofa bed or two queens in room easily. For the price of $344+ a day the breakfast should offer better selection like croissants and some hot options like egg and bacon and pancakes. My kids do not like cereal. The continental breakfast offered version styles of cereal, yogurt (Costco style), cold boiled eggs, ham and cheese in fridge, coffee, juices, water, tea, bagels, sliced bread, English muffins, fresh fruits (banana, apple, orange), and coffee cake. Good selection for a regular cost effective lower cost hotel. But an expense one like SP should offer a hot option. I stayed at Holiday inns that offer better breakfast for less. Staff and front desk friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff amazing.”

“My daughter/Son-in-law's Wedding was absolutely beautiful, and we cannot say enough about the incredible team at InterContinental Montreal and Omega Design Events wedding coordinators. They were on top of every detail from start to finish, and anytime we needed something, they were right there making sure it was handled quickly and with care.

The Food was fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by everyone. Since we (the parents of the bride) couldn't be everywhere at once, we checked in with several guests afterward - every single one of them said the venue was stunning, the service was excellent, and the waitstaff was attentive and professional. Whatever guests needed, the staff provided without hesitation.

Most importantly, the Bride and Groom were thrilled with how their special day turned out. We are truly grateful for the dedication and professionalism that made their wedding unforgettable.”

“Loved staying her in low season (March 2026) and was bumbed up to the top floor with very high arched ceilings giving it an airy feeling in an already large room (1012). Pleasant staff all around and we enjoyed the pleasant scent in the lobby and groovy tunes. Shout out to Diego in the 2nd floor Breakfast lounge with perfect service. Buffet spread plus tasty omletes / eggs on offer but at $35 plus tax and tip for both with bevies feels 5$ to 9$ over priced but the beauty of the building (architectural details and tasteful inside mod design) supported by a great location and pro staff helps you forget the food tab.”

“This place is great! Yassir, At the front desk was truly great! He went the extra mile to accommodate me,a very exhausted traveler whose card had been frauded and I was unraveling. He was super. The place is really nice and clean.
Salads for sale in the lobby.
Top notch.Free shuttle to the airport. Food in lobby is overpriced. Put me in a noisy room for second night. Airplanes overhead.”

“If you intend to stay close to the biodome, stadium and around, that’s the place to be. Nice rooms, plenty parking and close to amenities. Indoor pool and gym are fine.”

“I was actually there for all day long professional courses for maintenance of licensing but the foyer entrance was very nicely set up and everything was well finished and the walk-through down to the various conference rooms was well done. Zero complaints. Plus they had handicap parking right near the front door which helped me a lot. Not much of an experience other than going to the washroom and that too was in mint, Perfect condition..”
