This IGA is located in a very busy shopping center with ample parking. The shelves are generally well stocked and the store is very clean. Service at the reception can be excellent, very courteous, and helpful, with staff described as super nice and super friendly. However, experiences can vary significantly. A major point of frustration is pricing, with frequent errors at checkout compared to advertised or discount labels, and staff sometimes refusing to apply consumer protection law. The prepared food section receives mixed reviews; while there are lots of fresh meal choices and the fried chicken is reasonably priced, it can be very dry. There is also criticism that the hot food counter may close machines early during peak supper hours, leaving customers unable to order. The butcher's prices for certain items, like marinated steak, are considered by some to be a joke. While ownership has changed, the service remains courteous, though some favorite products have been temporarily unavailable.

The capicollo sliced on site is disgusting, because it still has the outline of the exterior of the charcuterie on it. It tastes disgusting when you eat that, unprofessional and very low-end.
