I like the coat I bought, it would be nicer if the saleswomen were more hospitable. I feel like they hate me. But I bought my coat anyway. I'll find another place next time.

Called to see if they were open today and the receptionist answered « yes » and just hanged-up the phone on me.Great customer service…

Few years back this brand was real quality and worth the price premium, as another reviewer pointed our the prices have increased and quality has decreased over the years. Last two pairs of boots $1,100 purchased last year was a complete let down and huge disappointment.
