After a few weeks, we came back to see them for a little adjustment. Marc-Antoine once again offered us wonderful support. His colleagues came to collect the mattress one morning, made the required adjustment and we had our mattress adjusted by early afternoon the same day.

“We bought a washer. The day we received it, it was not working due to an electrical problem in the washer. We had a free technician visit the same day, he fixed it in 10 minutes, so that's excellent customer service! I recommend!! We will come back :)”
