Metro Beaubien is praised for its good service, especially on the fruit and vegetable side, with many customers noting the freshness of produce compared to other stores. Employees are generally friendly and helpful, delivering products as requested and creating a happy, clean environment. Customers appreciate the large selection of groceries and unique products not found in other supermarkets. However, some mention a lack of staff, making it harder to find assistance, and note that the fast lane and self-checkout options are often unavailable. Overall, it is considered a favorite for its quality produce, friendly staff, and pleasant atmosphere.
