Old Navy has a messy store and appears understaffed. The women’s section is the smallest and has poor size availability, making it hard for shoppers with different sizes to find what they want. Some customers report a great amazing shopping day with great service and friendly, helpful staff. Others praise the warm hoodies, better than Walmart, and the reasonable priced quality. Kids enjoy the clothes that grow out of them. The store offers pure cotton dresses and other offers, and some items are outlandishly priced. This is the worst old navy I’ve ever been to.its was messy, I’m sure they are understaffed. They had the smallest women’s section and very poor size availability. Neither me of my partner who have completely different sizes could find our size in any of the clothes we liked.
