They process prescriptions quickly and take the time to explain medications. The people at the checkout are warm and smiling. The service in the cosmetics department is great, with staff described as adorable. For over 25 years, the prescription department has never disappointed. Customers report great experiences with aesthetic products and feel comfortable, valued, and not just like a number. While prescription preparation can take time due to high volume from various sources, the overall care is exceptional. This includes thoughtful actions like ensuring medication understanding and assisting beyond expectations. Customers feel they are clients and friends, leading to lasting loyalty.
