Some of the eldest staff seem overwhelmed and over it. They can be really rude, and serve clients with contempt. This is unfortunate that they represent this brand Pharmaprix so poorly, especially in the City of Mount-Royal borough.

Clean store with good service. Pharmacy service can be abrupt depending on who you deal with. Was shocked to see so many showcases under lock and key. Indicative of increased theft and the state of our country sadly.
