PJC Jean Coutu is a pharmacy where the team is consistently helpful and kind across all departments, including cosmetics, the pharmacy, Canada Post, and the cash. The cashiers are amazing, and the employees are friendly, genuine, and hard-working. The pharmacy is well-run; during a minor medical emergency, the service was understanding and able to provide necessary medicine when others could not. In cosmetics, the service takes time to find products that work and explains things very well. While the lab service can be extremely slow, it remains courteous and helpful. The sense of community is unique, making clients feel special, cared for, and happy. Additional services like online photo orders ready for pickup in days and a practical post office add to the experience.
