The supervisor who worked July 17, 2023 is super haughty and just doesn't want to help. Customer service is terrible! The lady at the checkout argues and is very rude. This branch will cause RBC to lose customers. It's really sad!

Online agents tell me I need to go to location and speak with a specialist. At this location, the specialists are never there. So you have to go on location just to make an appointment.Also data is not downloadable from my account. Just pdf, so you can’t import into tax software. …. Like it’s 1990 or something. Very out of date customer service and software.

Starting with whomever opens the door to get in, dealing with RBC Laurier is a pleasure. I have the good fortune to deal with Lea and Gloria regularly and their demeanour is exceed only by their competence. The branch is managed like a family and we the clients feel part of it.

I booked an appointment a month ago and was contacted by a certain Mr. Georgios Kouvakas. He gave me great help in dealing with my credit card debt. I contacted him today again and he gave me very helpful guidelines on how to transfer my accounts interprovicially and answered my other questions with patience. It feels like I have a private banking advisor with RBC and I'm grateful to Mr. Kouvakas for that.
