I have been trying to resolve an issue with my account here for over 5 months. My representative does not respond to emails, and all the customer service agents I've spoken with send me to a different agent, who also cannot help. My complaint tickets have gone unanswered. It's frustrating, to say the least.

Absolutely terrible service. Waiting time to see a teller often exceeds 30 minutes. Shortage of tellers. Advisors are ill equipped to handle complex requests. IMPOSSIBLE to actually talk to someone to make a complaint or resolve a problem

Wait times are extremely long!!! Could be an hour wait time!!!!!
customer service standards depends on the agent serving you.
