About RBC Royal Bank

RBC Royal Bank receives reviews noting excellent and professional service from friendly and efficient staff. Customers describe pleasant and stress-free experiences with attentive service. While some mention the branch is small, they express strong satisfaction and would not change locations. Wait times can occur, with lines sometimes long, especially in this busy area branch near a metro line, but waits are often under 15 minutes and considered expected. Many highlight it as a great branch with exceptional customer service.

Less staff, huge line. Hiring one extra associate won't hurt such a big bank.

Great service from the teller, bank itself is ridiculously bad for not having 5000$ in cash to withdraw from my account. Avoid
