The most inconvenient opening hours. Please make ATMs accessible outside of everyone's regular 9-5 working hours.

Despite having ATM hours, don't expect to get in during those hours. Twice recently I've shown up at 7pm (ATM's supposed to be open until 8pm), only to see the doors locked.

The ATM is often locked ,which makes this branch very inconvenient to use. Scotiabank is making record profits and could afford to put a more secure bank card only opening door in place, but instead they cheap out and lock out everyone, for fear of a few unhoused people. Unlikeable.
