Not good at sticking with appointment times. I had to wait half an hour and at that point my appointment time was already over. They then just told me to go to the front desk. The whole reason I booked an appointment is to avoid waiting in line

fine, it's a bank. but what is going on with no access to ATM outside of work hours? super frustrated with this trend. i can't access during the weekend? give me a break.

Has ATM but the doors are locked on weekend. Isn't the whole point of the machine to be able to access cash anytime???
