The worst service ever. Impossible to get anything done. Over 6months for the same request.
Meetings cancelled, emails unanswered, routed to employees on 6-month leave.
Scotia is usually rough but this is next-level insanity.

Long lines (lots of desks, but 2 people serving customers). customer service lack experience (It seems), look very all over the placy. They put on a smile though, but it’s not efficient, not in and out experience… not prompt. I will avoid next time.

I received help from from this young gentleman that replaced my debit card very fast I think his name is Sean and was super friendly and appreciate the quick and thorough help.
