I agree with other reviewers that their customer service is a little lacking, but most of it seems to be out of their hands. It doesn't seem easy to procure everything clients want or to adjust to all walk-in appointments. On my end, I was looking for a prescription Walking Boot, and they gave me exactly what I was looking...
