I hate to leave 1 star but for this store I have no other choice. The rudest employees. They don’t say hello, they don’t look at you while checking out, they are always talking to their coworkers, they don’t offer you any help regarding putting the package in the bag, and if you ask them to help, they just shake their head and don’t say any word. If I was the manager, I would think about a training class for basic principles of client service.

This store is the worst! I ordered an item for pickup and its been sent there and I haven’t gotten a notification from the store to come pick it up, it’s been more than two days now! this store is in downtown for goodness sake! Everything about them should be at its best

The manager was not the best customer service oriented person, they have a blazer displayed on the window display on St Catherines street. I looked for it in the whole store then i asked if they could sell me the one displayed and the manager refused, he seemed annoyed by the question. No sense to display an item that is not even available.

Thumbs up for all they guys.It took like five! people envolvement to sort out the problem (my android did not work with their tap-pay system), but they went to the end of the world and back to have it resolved, even though it was a very busy time for them. Huge thank this level of customer service, guys!

Zara is my favorite store and the store located at Place Montreal Trust always has the best collections and the display of merchandise is very presentable. My biggest negative point is the fact that the employees are not smiling at all and they are very stupid… Sometimes I ask a question and I find that they are very arrogant both on the phone and in the store. Customer service should be exceptional, but unfortunately this is not the case in this shop.

Customer service sucks and they need new management in what world are you not a loud to help your child fit her or his clothes for school as a parent I find this ridiculous that you can't stand in font of the changing stall And make sure that you're a child's clothes fits them before you spend 2 to $300 in store Only when I confronted them until them that I am not moving from the stall and I need to see what my child is gonna wear and how it. Fits her after talking to 3 employees and in manager then it was okay. Which is straight? Up. Ridiculous somebody needs to update this policy. Almost made me not wanna buy? Any. Products? From. This? Store. Or company I? Know my $300 is not much but. If this? Yes. 10 to? 15. People? A day . $300 ads up very quickly. And I don't think a company would like to lose that much money per day and just because you can't help your child pick out something to wear

Zara was my favourite shop before but now it’s a Horrible place !!! You can NEVER find your size even if it’s ON THE FLOOR !! This store is a mess .staff are very rude they will not try to help you find your size if it’s not in the place it’s supposed to be. Trial rooms are even a bigger mess . Clothes are lying everywhere around . Infact, I was told to put my clothes back in hanger as I didn’t purchase which I did it happily and now I wonder if all customers are doing the same then why is the trail room still a mess . I also see that staff will be chatting away carelessly without helping customers around .

I went to your store in Montreal trust on August 4, i bought 3 items from the store and got charged for4. I checked my invoice later and realized i was charged for something which i never bought and was never in my bag. I reached out to ZARA customer service no one helped me, i asked them to either transfer my call to your manager or ask him to get back to me, which never happened they kept delaying for 14days and manager never reached out to me. I asked them to check their CCTV and see how many items i bought. However, seems like they don't want to check the camera and due this bad experience they have lost me as a customer, their customer service is poor, manager are not there to help, they just want to charge customer for something they never bought. It’s been more than 14 days no one helped me, i have called them almost every second day to get an update. No one gave me a solution and have never proved me that i have brought that product, they only put allegations without looking at CCTV

My daughter bought 3 items they charged her for 4. She mentioned why i am paying for a dress twice and the cashier said no it's once. But my daughter saw the price going from 39$ to 78$. So when my dauther asked to print the bill the cashier panicked, and did not want to print the receipt she wanted to put it on my daughter app.As my daughter stayed infrint of the cashier she pulled all 3 items and showed the fraud from the store on her bill.Be aware of zara down tom Montréal very bad reputation and they steal there own customers.After 20-30 min with many people got involved the removed the item from the bill.My dauther was very professional and ZARA are having a network behid theire employees that steal from the store and plame the customers to add an extra item on their purchase.Be aware of the scam it is disgusting how large companies are treating their clients . Lets see if zara contact me to apologize......A suivre....

Stupid rude cashiers. Went there to return a jeans I paid with through Apple Pay and presented my actual card for the refund. The cashier started getting uneasy upon seeing the last 4 digits of the card not match ??♂️. I told her it’s usual as Apple Pay generates a random card number, processed the return and then had me wait for a manager. When I showed them the transaction on my bank account they were like ok. Rude or just plain stupid? Who knows. I know that they must process 100’s of returns and I can’t imagine everyone furnishing their original mode of payment even when there’s a receipt and the intact merchandise.

The staff in the cashier are extereme rude and they are not good at their jobs either! I bought a shorts and they had some spot on it that I hadn't noticed, and they refused to return it, they said if there is damage, we will mention it in the receipt, but they didn't and that's not on me! I had to return one more thing, and the cashier couldn't figure out the payment and kept messing it up, and when I asked her a question about store credit she was rude to me and said one thing at a time ma'am with a tone.

I've had many bad epxperiences with Zara before due to their long lines at the cash and changing rooms, but today's "service" offered by a manager at Zara downtown was rudest ever (gentleman with died white hair). When you choose your supervisors, ar least ensure they can speak to people in a respectful tone. I was told I can't rebuy the dress that I wanted to return for price adjustment since it's now 40$ more than last week when I bought it. It was brought back with tags, never worn and I also bought other clothes for 200$ total. They said I can only buy the dress tomorrow and refused to put it aside for me. None of this is stated in their return policy at the cash, online or on the bill. Zara clearly doens't care about their clients, because they rather risk not reselling the returned item at all than making me happy and allowing me rebuy it. Brilliant policy.

Past reviews talk by themselves. If I could've put 0, I would. The customer service is inexistant, just a bunch of incompetents... Can't wait for them to be replaced by automates, at least you won't expect anything!

I was in the store today and unfortunately I couldn't find what I was looking for. The clothes were categorized by price and not by type( pants, tops, ..), for example I was looking for a blouse I saw on a website, I didn't know how to find it! Because I didn't have the price and only had the picture! ?
