“The nurse working in the pharmacy (the one in the room that has a sliding glass door) is an absolute angel!! My boyfriend was in a medical crisis and she basically saved us! Her professionalism, empathy, patience and knowledge was better than any doctor or nurse we even met! Pharmaprix on Lucerne is so blessed to have her! I actually switched my prescriptions to this location recently. Solely on the fact that she was so helpful and educated! She took her time to help us and saved us from calling an ambulance. “Excellent service from Sami I arrived just as he was about to leave, but he reopened the pharmacy to help me. When he didn’t have one of the medications I needed, he even sent someone to get it for me. He was friendly, informative, and went above and beyond. He also gave me his email and phone number in case I had any questions afterward. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended”
