She saved me from having to re explain the situation to others. I greatly appreciate the help and her going beyond what was expected.”

“Delivery man code 718 was such a great and kind delivery person. He called my number and tried to deliver my package when I was not home. He managed to enter the building and left the package behind my apartment door.
He was very kind, as my shipment was supposed to be kept refrigerated. If he had not done that and the package had been returned to FedEx, the product might have been damaged.
Thanks to him, I want FedEx to know about this great staff member.”
