“I've had my stuffed animal (Wowo) since I was a baby and have slept with him ever since. Unfortunately, he has been falling apart for the past year or so. I decided that it's time for him to get the help he deserves and gave him over to Raplapla. Dominique was a very kind and gentle person, and I immediately knew that he was in the right hands! She did an incredible job patching him up and I've been so happy to see Wowo in much better shape!”
“Wow. Quel service exceptionnel.
My son went to buy an item he saw on their website (a christmas present for his sister).
They helped him locate the item in the store and also wrapped it for him !! Who does that nowadays?!?!?
Hats off to you. Wish you much success with your business. You clearly understand the importance of going above what's expecting. We will be returning to your store should we need something else you carry over any other store. :)”
“I researched strollers for so long, only to land on one only available close to Toronto (and other countries), until Kido Bebe announced they received it! Bought it as soon as I could get to the store! (Joolz aer2 in forest green)”
“An amazing selection of sets, including ones that are sold out online such as UCS Hedwig. I purchased the Minas Tirith mid July and still received the Grond GWP even though
it was limited to the first week online which was a great surprise!”

“I haven't even got my purchases and I am leaving a 5* review. Ordered 3 Dowdle puzzles at an amazing price. Seen 1 more and asked could they ship it. Within 5 minutes Melissa had it all organized for me. I will be back for more!”
“Whether you are looking for your next project or something fun for your kids, this place will have something for you. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and glad to help. Parking in the area is always easy to find, to boot! It also bears mentioning that they also do computer support.”
“Woow what an incredible store, walking in, the scent reminds me of so many childhood memories. Their selection of games for all ages is something I rarely see. You can tell they spend a lot of time selecting them. What a great idea also to rent games! I wish you long success.”
“Such a beautiful store that sells quality products for kids the staff was very friendly and helpful and the vibe of the store is so calm and peaceful, I would definitely recommend visiting if you need to purchase a nice quality gift for a child.”
“Always love coming here. The only thing is I wish the romance section was a bit more orderly, like separating the LGBTQ+ authors/genres from the straight stuff. Looking for LGBTQ romance/dark romance is impossible unless you already have people's names to look up..
Also, same for Yaoi... Wish there was a section dedicated to yaoi/BL instead of spending an hour looking through the whole manga section hoping to find something new.
But place is always super friendly and helpful and quick. I go there legit every week, of only to browse and indulge in my little day-off ritual ❤
But I love coming here and just browsing. Love the anime and graphic novel collection they have! Didn't think I'd find Tokyo Aliens outside of Japan lol”
“I went to the store not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised to meet a kind and genuine store owner who sells labubus. I will definitely go back when I can to grab some more. What a neat find ! Definitely recommend going.”

“I go every so often to pick up a new notebook. I find it a dismal reflection of where we're at as a society how hard it is to find any kind of notebook or journal Without lined pages - just blank pages! They keep a single model of blank paged book in stock, which ive purchased several times now, next to maybe 50 varieties of lined pagers. I ask you - how are we expected to exercise our free will, our unburdened imaginations, to nurture the evolving minds of our children, if we only have lined pages to work with????”
“I can only imagine the difficulty of what it would be like to own and operate a store like this today. Excellent customer service! They carry a vast selection of books and toys that cater from children to adults both in French and English. Well worth a visit!”
“Chez Farfelu — a little treasure hunt for Jellycat fans!
Our daughter had one mission when we stopped at Chez Farfelu: find the Jellycat collection and, hopefully, bring home Turtle Timmy!
Unfortunately, Turtle Timmy was nowhere to be found this time—but that didn’t stop us from having a great visit.
The store has a fantastic selection of toys, plushies, and fun little treasures, and it’s the kind of place where you can easily spend much more time browsing than you planned. Chez Farfelu is known for its playful, unusual selection of gifts and toys, so there’s plenty to discover.
What really stood out to us was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, offering good advice while our daughter searched through the Jellycats.
No Turtle Timmy today… 🐢😢 but we left happy anyway.
Great selection, wonderful service, and definitely worth a stop if you’re hunting for Jellycats or just looking for something fun and different. Highly recommended!”
“A beautiful store with toys, puzzles, and more for all ages. Clearly a lot of thought is put into the items they stock and I appreciate the variety, both classic and modern. Support your local Canadian children’s stores!!”
“Great local gaming landmark. Parking is a bit of a pain but that's on the city. But either way always worth the trip (and yes I'm salty about the parking ticket I got last time)”
“This store offers a large selection of used puzzles and the lady at the checkout is really friendly and very good advisor, pretty too, but not important in the comments.
There are all kinds of games in this store.
Easy parking nearby!”
“Beautiful store with high quality and long lasting toys for all ages. The owner is fantastic and has a deep passion for her craft. 100% recommended if you’re in the area!”
“The store itself is great. However, I was faced with an unpleasant situation when I mentioned that I had suggested 'knight' costume options to my daughter rather than dresses. The salesman said that I would have preferred to have a son before my daughter... as if knight costumes were the prerogative of boys and that I was disappointed in her. On this point I would recommend reading a little about gender theory to understand ignorance.”
“This is an absolutely great place to get some games and toys. I am specifically interested in puzzles, which they have different types in different numbers of pieces inside. It would be a great place to explored for some interesting games.”

“Very good purchasing experience from A to Z
Good communication with Angela.
It was for a birth gift from France to friends there
Thank you so much!”
“Great toy store with a fun and welcoming vibe. Jouets LOL Toys has a really nice selection of products, from classic toys to more unique and modern options, making it a great place to shop for kids of all ages. The variety is impressive for the size of the store, and you can easily find something for gifts or special occasions. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to give suggestions or help you find exactly what you’re looking for. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse, which makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality and uniqueness of some items. Overall, a great spot for toy shopping with excellent service and a selection that stands out.”
“amazing service, perfect hidden gem in the Valois Village. I'd rather support a small business than go directly to popmart & this is the best spot to support!”
“We had a delivery issue with our order, but what truly impressed me was how the store handled it. The owner went above and beyond to make sure my child received his Jack-in-the-Box as quickly as possible. Seeing my child’s happiness when it arrived was priceless. The toys are absolutely beautiful, safe, and very high quality — you can really feel the care put into every piece. If you’re looking for something special for your child, this is the place to order from. Highly recommended!”
“First fish and chips on this trip to Rockingham and it was succulent!
Will surely return.
Service was number one although the place was almost full.”
“My wife's books are usually from there, sometimes, just sometimes they are a bit more expensive than other choices available at the market, but it's a great place where are available a variety of musical instruments of almost all kind, also the price could be a little bit of issue, but quality is guaranteed, is overall a great place also for LP records that are now retro back in some people's preferences among many other items and services”

“The Rockland branch of Renaud-Bray is probably one of the biggest in Montreal and like the others, offers a great choice of books and accessories. Some items here are very unique.”
