“In the middle of a 3 hour drive, my muffler broke and I stopped at the LAP garage hoping they could do a temporary repair. I just wanted to prevent the situation from getting worse before returning home: despite heavy traffic (Friday PM, 1st day of tire change) they took care of my car as soon as I arrived.Jean-Daniel took the time to show me and explain the problem and my options. They made a more permanent repair than I expected right away and were sensitive to my budget. The team was very helpful, I felt considered and involved (this is not always the case when a woman shows up at a garage) and I highly recommend them. Thanks for your help!”

“Excellent service, honest and competent team. I had worse service at Mercedes Sherbrooke than here, and by a lot. They are super attentive and give the truth. They never recommend changing parts that are still good and even go so far as to recommend avoiding certain costly work which would not have any added value. We entrust them with our Mercedes with our eyes closed and we hope to do so for several more years! THANKS!”
